PriMove provides Project Management for capacity building projects. We analyze the issues and conduct Capacity Needs Assessment (CNA) to fill such gaps. We carry out Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) activities to raise community awareness and instill a sense of ownership about the project in the target group. We make efficient and innovative use of Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) tools when it comes to action planning. We also help in O&M of projects and conduct monitoring and evaluation by setting up required frameworks.

PriMove specialises in conducting various social studies, impact assessments and evaluation & monitoring services for various development projects. Based on these studies and evaluations and monitoring, we develop knowledge products to inform policy and project development. We also design frameworks for development of participatory monitoring and evaluation systems for development projects.
